We had the opportunity to collaborate once again with BoofPaxkMooky during his visit to Paris in December 2024. The shoot took place in the streets of the 1st and 2nd arrondissements, capturing an urban and immersive aesthetic. The artist moved through the crowd, performing his track in the heart of the city, adding a spontaneous and lifestyle feel to the visuals. We also took advantage of unique locations, such as the Passage des Panoramas and an old-fashioned staircase, further enhancing the cinematic atmosphere of the project.
From the early stages of editing, the idea of amplifying the clip’s universe through a dark and mystical aesthetic naturally emerged. To achieve this, we added composite skies, creating the illusion that the artist was performing on another planet. Inspired by the Harry Potter universe, we also integrated black smoke swirling around him, as well as ghostly reflections in mirrors, reinforcing the feeling of an altered reality and a passage between two worlds.
Finally, to intensify this dreamlike and unsettling atmosphere, we applied dynamic distortions throughout the video, creating a warped and shifting visual effect. This post-production work helped elevate the project’s visual dimension, resulting in an immersive music video that blends urban realism with digital surrealism.
